Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India, using Bluedart, Delhivery, DotZot, Aramax and DHL.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all our products within India.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select zones, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different the zones.When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio within 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites.

For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 6-12 working days for international shipments.

Any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account is payable by the customer.
