All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India, using Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramax, Fedex and DHL.

We offer free shipping on all our products within India.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international zones. We offer free shipping on our international orders.

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday). As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites.

For domestic shipments, please allow 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday) from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 7-20 working days (Monday-Friday) for international shipments after dispatch.

Any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries or transaction fees that may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account is payable by the customer. In case there is any currency conversion fee by our third party payment gateway, it is payable by the customer.

DELIVERY

Pooja Aggarwal endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Pooja Aggarwal fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, poojaaggarwal.com may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We have a no exchange and refund policy at Pooja Aggarwal. We really hope that you are happy with your Pooja Aggarwal purchase. We ensure that your piece is in perfect health when leaving us however any damages occurring in transit or if you have changed your mind about your purchase or due to any other reason we have a no exchange or refund policy. Please note that minor differences in color, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects but are part of the intrinsic handmade nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
