Once ordered our dispatch lead time is 7-10 working days. If you would like your orders dispatched earlier you may inquire at +91 9871002331.

Each Pooja Aggarwal piece is made with a lot of love and care. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product once sold. You may exchange the piece in case there is a size issue or we have missed a spot. In case you do not find something you’d like to exchange the piece with we may issue a credit note valid for 3 months only. For all exchanges you must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package at studiopoojaaggarwal@gmail.com/+91 9871002331. Our team may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

Any fee or custom charges applicable at the international port of entry is to be borne by the customer and is not the responsibility of Pooja Aggarwal.
