Each Pooja Aggarwal piece is made with a lot of love and care. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product once sold. You may exchange the piece in case there is a size issue or if we have missed a spot. If you do not find something you would like to exchange the piece for, we may issue a credit note valid for 3 months only.

For all exchanges, you must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package at ask@poojaaggarwal.com / +91 9871002331. Our team may request further information or photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the amount of the store credit voucher.
